A very interesting set TT 12”x8”, FTT 14”x10” and BD 20”x14” has just left our workshop. It is made of solid American cherry wood. The shells are 8 mm (TT), 10 mm (BD) and 13 mm (FTT) thick, equipped with 3 mm thick beechwood reinforcement rings and hoops made of mahogany khaya wood. The amazing look of cherry wood was left natural, whereas the outer side of the hoops was painted black and the tom was decorated with our hand-drawn logo. Everything was then finished with PU matt satin finish. There are several curiosities on the set, everything according to the customer, an amazing drummer Jarosla Noga ( http://jaroslavnoga.wixsite.com/naroslavjoga ). What strikes you on the first sight is the combination of black and classical chrome hardware. Mounting of the tom-tom, a cowbell and a cymbal arm is uncommon, too. One floor tom leg is lenghtened so that it can carry a tambourine above the drum. The drums have clear, satin and defined sound which is typical of cherry wood. The musicality of the set is backed up by Remo Emperor coated heads in combination with Evans EQ2 clear (toms) and EQ3 coated (BD) resonant heads.
